Terms of Use
Effective September 28, 2026
These Terms govern Nimbus, its website, Mac app, iPhone companion, and Together services. By using Nimbus, you agree to them.
Beta service
Nimbus is provided as a beta. Features may change, fail, or be removed. Keep copies of anything important; Nimbus is not a backup service.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the devices you connect, and content you share. Only share files, audio, artwork, and messages that you have the right to share. Do not share copyrighted material unlawfully, private information without permission, malware, or content that harms others.
Live audio
Together Live is for personal, private listening between accepted friends and your own devices. You must obtain any permissions required to broadcast audio. Do not use it to publicly retransmit music, movies, sports, or other protected content.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service, bypass limits or security, probe other accounts, impersonate others, or use Nimbus for unlawful activity. We may suspend access needed to protect people, systems, or rights holders.
Ownership and feedback
Nimbus and its original software are owned by Superior Curtis. You keep ownership of your content. Feedback may be used to improve Nimbus without obligation.
Disclaimers and limits
Nimbus is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the beta.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Nimbus develops. Continued use after an update means acceptance. For questions or notices, email yournimbus@gmail.com, or use the project’s support page.
