Nimbus is built for private, consensual use. Do not use it to violate law, rights, or trust.

Not allowed

• Sharing content without the necessary rights or consent.
• Publicly rebroadcasting protected music, video, or sports through Together Live.
• Sending malware, exploits, spam, harassment, or illegal material.
• Accessing, testing, or disrupting another person’s account, device, or connection without authorization.
• Evading service controls, rate limits, authentication, or security protections.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts where needed to investigate misuse, protect users, comply with law, or respond to rights-holder notices.
